Proof the yeast.

Dry ingredients meet liquid ingredients.

Mix.

Knead.

Allow to rise in greased bowl, then punch down.

Allow newly-punched dough to rise again in covered bowl.

Knead into shape.

Arrange formed loaves on cookie sheet dusted with cornmeal.

Allow loaves to rise.

Mist with water/wash with egg white/whatever you prefer.

Bake until golden brown, misting with water every five-or-so minutes. It’s done when you thump it and it sounds hollow.

Slice.

Serve.
